- I grew up in the the 1970's horror generation of have a bloody day. We have nutritious cereals like Count Chocula, BooBerry, Frankenberry, and Frute Brute. Scooby Doo was still playing and fun. Since infomercials weren't invented yet we had old horror movies to watch on WLVI Channel 56 "Creature Double Feature". We'd spend horror looking through Johnson Smith Company catalogs. Although we weren't allowed to go see Halloween we were memorized by the commercials. At the end of the 70's we had Elvira. It was pretty cool being a kid in the 70's. My love for horror only grew over the years. I tended to favor older movies though because of the great actors like Vincent Price, Boris Karloff, Lon Chaney, Bela Lugosi, Vampira, Elvira, Peter Lorre, Basil Rathbone and many others. Now I sell Halloween props as well as make my own. Each year I also run my own home haunt and have done so for the past 20 years.
Uncle Fester! Haaaaaa! This one looks really cool. He not only looks like Fester but also Tor Johnson. Although he's a little thin in the skin to be Tor! lol
ReplyDeleteWhat's great is he's very light weight so come October when it gets a little breezy he'll look spooktacular as he sways in the breeze.
Imagine a tree full of these Fester Hanging Corpses! Now that would be a sight. I'm thinking hit them with a blacklight and he'll glow.
