I have no furniture to seat everyone. I don't want to buy anything. I have no natural resources and I don't want to just throw them in a pile like a mass grave.
I have one possibility but there's a ceiling fan in the way and I need a long throw for my 85 mm lens.
The skeletons can't be standing because I'd need about 15 feet to capture them. I can't get them to stand anyway. Trying to find rafters doesn't work for me. I did mention I don't want to spend a penny.
Maybe siting on boxes like a factory. Sucks not having resources for a set.

Nightmare Castle Skeleton Corpse Halloween Prop
Isn't she a thing of beauty? Just look at the expression of fear I created in her eyes. Her eyes are glass and quite striking. Her face and torso feature a generous buildup of corpsified flesh. She stands 5'6" and weighs 30 lbs. She has a hanging hook(not visible) a top her head.
I named her Nightmare Castle because it's one of my favorite old horror movies starring Barbara Steele. Also when her hair falls in front of one side of her face it sort of reminded me of the movie. The only difference is my Nightmare Castle Corpse has a completely rotted grotesque face! This prop may accept a stand as well.

Dripping Candle Skull Lamp
Here's a prop I came up with last summer. A Dripping Candle Skull Lamp. Unlike other skull lamps I use a real light fixture and not some cheesy x-mas candle. Unlike most novelty lights I am using high quality lamp fixtures.
Does the wax heat up? Well it's not wax and it doesn't heat up. I have 2 of these lamps myself and absolutely no problems with them. They have a nice solid Walnut base, heavy life-size skull and padded feet to protect your tables.
Currently I have 8 of these available. Shades are not included.

When a Bucky is not a Bucky
The Bucky Skeleton. This skeleton is made exclusively by the Anatomical Chart Company. His official name is
"Budget Bucky Skeleton 4th quality 5'6" tall without stand". He is 5'6" and weighs a robust 28 lbs. He is made out of hard durable plastic.
Another thing you should know about Bucky Skeletons is his bones were intended for 1st quality skeletons but did not make the grade so he is a Frankenstein of sorts. Sometimes he might be discolored, have a few screws loose etc. However at $99 he's quite a bargain compared with a 1st quality skeleton which easily cost hundreds of dollars.
Buyer beware there is a manufacturer of skeletons using the "Bucky" name. He calls his skeletons the MrSkeleton Max. However he freely uses the Bucky Skeleton name on his Ebay site bonestogo as well as his main site. Obviously he wants people to think they're getting a real Bucky Skeleton. In truth what they will be getting is a counterfeit product.
Let's review the differences. The Mr Max is PVC. His bones were never destined for 1st quality skeletons. Instead they were only meant to produce a light weight pvc duplication of a real Bucky Skeleton
Lightweight? Yes the Mr Max Skeleton only weights between 20-22 lbs. The PVC used is not the rigid kind found in the plumbing section of hardware stores but rather a lighter grade not meant to stand harsh impact.
Impact? One of the best things about a real Bucky Skeleton is the fact he is highly durable. I have personally dropped one accidentally from a tree while trying to hang him up. He fell his entire skeletal length onto the hard ground. He did not break any bones. Bucky is made tough. Why his like Tonka tough. Now if you're running a home haunt or a pro haunt, do you really want to risk wasting your investment by selecting a fake knockoff? That why serious haunters only choose a real Bucky Skeleton.
It's a confusing market though. Mr Skeleton and his resellers like to borrow pictures of a real Bucky Skeleton and never seem to show what a Mr Max skeleton even looks like. The second picture down is one I believe to be a Mr. Max. He doesn't seem to have a real Bucky Skeleton's sharp lines and defined features. Why he rather looks like an over glorified "Bluckie" skeleton! A Bluckie I think also doubles as a pool float.
I feel bad for the people who have fallen victim to this sort of dubious marketing scheme. I shall do my best to spread the word of clarity. So if you're interested in a Real Bucky Skeleton, you've come to the right place.

Halloween 2010 new products!

It's 2010 and there are new Halloween Products on the market! Woohooooooo!
I'll be posting more info about them here and on my website:
I can tell you this there will be several hanging reaper props that look pretty cool. They'll also be a witch and some new skulls. Many of the reapers will have motion sensors so when the trick or treaters wonder past them either their eyes will light up or they will move!
So stay tuned!
